		<description>Great question - I would say about 90 to 95% stick with what they know.  A sad statistic.  

That is why it is important to continually educate yourself on the new stuff and take it one step at a time.  But if you don&#039;t take the first step, it never happens!  Build one hour a week to focus on new marketing - creating, executing, or just plain learning and there will be progress.

Easier said than done, I might add.</description>
